- Our games and apps do not require an account.
- We don't collect your name, address, or phone number through our apps.
- We don't sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
- This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
- You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
AN Ventures LLC, operating as AN Ventures Labs ("AN Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), develops and publishes mobile games and software. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@anventureslabs.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- our website at www.anventureslabs.com (the "Site");
- the mobile games and software applications we publish, including on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Apps"); and
- communications with us, such as support requests (together with the Site and Apps, the "Services").
If a specific App collects information beyond what is described here, we will describe it in an App-specific section of this policy, and in that App's store privacy disclosures, before that App is released.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us by email or through our support page, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, the content of your message, and any details you choose to include (for example, your device model or operating system version).
Information collected through the Apps.
- No account required. Our Apps do not require registration and do not ask for your name, physical address, phone number, or date of birth.
- On-device data. Game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this data unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
- Diagnostics from the app stores. If you have enabled sharing in your device settings, Apple and Google may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic information such as crash reports, device model, OS version, and performance metrics. We use it only to fix bugs and improve stability.
- Purchases. If an App offers in-app purchases, payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card details. We receive only the information needed to confirm and deliver your purchase, such as a transaction identifier.
- Platform game services. If an App supports Game Center or Google Play Games (for example, for achievements, leaderboards, or cloud saves) and you choose to sign in, your use of those features is governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policy. We may receive a game-specific player identifier and your gameplay data for that feature.
Information collected through the Site.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is used for security and to keep the Site working.
- Web fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Preferences. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Information we do not collect. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as precise location, contacts, photos, health information, or biometric data. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) to track you.
4. How we use information
- to respond to your questions, support requests, and feedback;
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including diagnosing crashes and performance problems;
- to deliver in-app purchases and restore them when you ask;
- to protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information for targeted or behavioral advertising, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK & Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information only where we have a legal basis to do so:
- Contract: to provide the Services you request, including purchases.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve the Services and to respond to you, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: where you have given it, for example by enabling diagnostics sharing on your device. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: where we must process information to comply with the law.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We disclose information only:
- With service providers who help us run the Services, such as our website host and email provider. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- With platform providers (Apple and Google) as needed to distribute the Apps, process purchases, and provide platform features.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order, or another legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AN Ventures, our users, or others.
- In a business transfer: if AN Ventures is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Any successor will be bound by this policy for information it receives.
- With your consent or at your direction.
7. Cookies & tracking
The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies. Our Apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, as Apple defines tracking. Because we do not track you or sell your information, there is nothing to opt out of. We nonetheless treat browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
8. Children's privacy
Unless an App's store listing says otherwise, our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we release an App designed for children, we will comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Apple's and Google's policies for children's apps, and similar laws, and we will update this policy before that App is released.
9. How long we keep information
- Support communications: kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, generally no more than 24 months. You may ask us to delete them sooner.
- Server logs: kept for a limited period according to our hosting provider's standard practices, then deleted.
- On-device App data: stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Diagnostic data: kept according to Apple's and Google's retention periods for their developer tools.
We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to resolve disputes.
10. Deleting your data
Because our Apps do not use accounts, you can delete all App data stored on your device by uninstalling the App. To delete anything else we hold about you, such as support emails, email contact@anventureslabs.com with the subject "Data deletion request." We will confirm deletion within 30 days. Purchase records held by Apple or Google must be managed through your Apple or Google account.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and limited access to support inboxes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy (portability);
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do none of these); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
U.S. state residents. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws have rights similar to those above. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as an email address or IP address) and device or diagnostic information, for the purposes described in Section 4. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
How to make a request. Email contact@anventureslabs.com. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming you control the email address involved. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority. We will respond within 30 days, or within the time your local law requires (45 days under California law, which may be extended once where permitted). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
13. International users
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for transfers of personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
14. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or rely on services we do not control, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Game Center, Google Play Games, and Google Fonts. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Services change, for example when we release a new App. We will update the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will give notice through the Site or the affected App before the changes take effect.
